Sophie Slovslayevna Smovorkof Smirnov

My cosplay for Saturday at Oz Comic-Con in Melbourne. I had a lot of fun as Sophie, who in case you didn't know is the Dowager Queen's energetic and dramatic blonde cousin in Anastasia, and I chose this dress because it is my favourite of all of her dresses.

I'm really proud of this dress because I made most of the pattern and design from scratch (assisted by existing patterns but the only part that is actually from a specific pattern is the back panel of the bodice part. The wig is also a great achievement for me, particularly as despite the style my widows peak wasn't visible the entire day woo.
